What began as a Delhi boutique blossomed into a destination at 116 King Street. Our custom fit-out expanded Little Local and integrated the Little Bean Café, crafting a family-focused space designed to turn casual visitors into loyal regulars.

The Opportunity
Successful retail businesses often reach a point where their original space can no longer support continued growth.
Little Local had become an established children's boutique serving families across Delhi and surrounding communities in Southwestern Ontario. Increased demand and a growing customer base highlighted the need for a larger, more functional retail environment that could support both product expansion and an improved shopping experience.
At the same time, a commercial opportunity became available at 116 King Street in Delhi within the Kings Court development, offering a larger and more adaptable retail space designed for long term tenant success.
This created a natural opportunity to transition from a traditional boutique into a larger format retail environment focused on experience driven design, improved flow, and future growth potential.

For SPG, the vision was simple: transform Little Local into a welcoming retail destination that combined family-focused shopping, café experiences, and long-term business growth.
