Our approach to this project was to Build form the ground up. While there was a single story existing structure, the entire foundation had to be reengineered to support a multi- level building. This project established a new vibrant 'mixed-use' commercial and residential home for business and community.
124 King will feature apartments ranging in size from 520 sq. feet to upwards of 765 sq. feet. This eloquent building offers a spacious front commercial entrance with secure residential building access. These apartments offer a variety of features with each unit offering one or more of the following features; open concept, laundry, brand new appliances.
Our approach to this project was to redesign the entire buidling to bring life back to the king street area. The existing structure was reengineered and designed with new layouts, while the foundation was reengineered to ensure structural integrity as was deemed acceptable by engineers.
