Our approach to this project was to redesign the building converting it forma single residence, in to two separate residences. This undertaking require some structural changes and a new modernized conceptual layout design to accommodate 2 living spaces.
Features two apartments ranging in size from 500 sq. feet to upwards of 650 sq. feet. This ideally situated duplex offers a spacious separate front entrances. Both units offer a quant feel and are ideal for the person looking for a quiet place to call home.
Our approach to this project was to redesign the interior, very little work was completed on the exterior . The existing structure would remain in place while all interior was reengineered and designed to accommodate a duplex conversion. New stairway and additional bedrooms plus bathrooms were some of the renovation completed on this project.
