Our approach to this project was to redesign the interior of the building. The existing structure was given a light refresh, while the interior was redesigned with new layouts.

This Heritage building offers a spacious front entrance for its residents along with 2 separate commercial store fronts. These apartments offer a variety of designs and features with each unit uniquely designed to compliment a bright open space environment
Our approach to this project was to redesign the interior, creating new homes for both residential and commercial residents. The existing structure would remain in place while all interior was reengineered and designed with new layouts, leaving only the original structural supporting elements in place as was deemed acceptable by engineers.
